Our client, a well-established player in the event management sector in the Middle East seeks a Commercial Director to generate new revenue streams from high profile clients and proactively drive the business forward. You will be able to strategise and set company and individual goals and ensure that forecasts and projections are on track. You will ensure steady growth of the company through new business development and client retention.
This role requires a dynamic yet approachable individual with drive and ambition who can lead by example and really get the best out of your team, and achieve great success. With a strong track record in a leading agency in the UAE you will be confident in your ability to reach out to existing contacts and forge new relationships and have strong pitch management ability in order to win large scale events. A true leader you will be confident and proactive and manage a sales team, setting targets and KPI's, monitoring and recording results and reporting back to the MD. You will be a strong people person, confident in observing and nurturing close internal relationships to ensure every job is carried out on time and in budget and with attention to quality, to maximise client retention and repeat business in line with a long term perspective.
