Our client, a leading global exhibition organiser is required to support a large team working on a portfolio of events to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, achievement of deadlines and compliance with health & safety and to help manage costs. Working on project plans for each event and liaising with contractors and venues to place all orders for on site requirements such as furniture, telecoms, electrics, catering, equipment and staffing. With good commercial acumen, you will research suppliers that combine the highest service levels, quality and cost. You will assist with the drawing and management of the event floor plans in AutoCAD and produce and manage online exhibitor manuals and relevant supporting documentation. Attending regular meetings as required with the project team, you will be an individual with a vision, and come up with ideas for feature area designs and both in planning and build-up, and actively contribute to the overall look, feel, delivery and success of the event..
