A well known exhibition organiser seeks an Operations Manager to join their busy team in managing a portfolio of successful, profitable and well organised shows. You will be managing the Operations Department, ensuring agreed practices are carried out and that necessary training and role development is provided. You will also be required to manage and oversee operations onsite at each event and post event activities will encompass all budget reconciliation and invoicing, plus post event analysis. This is a senior role which requires a self-motivated and organised individual, with a proven track record of team management and experience in overseeing the operations of B2B shows, who can deliver all tasks to timescale and maintain the highest level of team and exhibitor communication and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, people management and budgets experience as well as a solid background in exhibitions operations management. You will need proven leadership experience and excellent computer literacy including Autocad.
