Our client, an event technology provider, seeks a highly driven sales professional to generate new business from within the exhibition and event organiser sectors. With significant sales experience in either event services or within an exhibition organiser, you will be self-motivated, results oriented and financially astute. Working autonomously, with the support of a strong operations and delivery team, you will be tenacious and professional, communicative and approachable. Researching the market, approaching prospects via mail-shots, cold-calling, networking and face to face meetings, you will be resourceful and productive and operate in a highly targeted manner, in order to achieve the company goals. Not afraid of rejection or objections, you will be able to open doors, and closing deals should come naturally to you. An affinity with IT or technical systems would be a distinct advantage. This role comes with a good basic and excellent on target earnings for a successful candidate.
