Our client, a brand experience agency, is seeking a professional, organised and calm studio manager to manage a small in-house team based and network of freelance creatives and designers working remotely. With a flair for creative and design resourcing and an understanding of a studio environment you'll be competent in scheduling your teams' time and select the right resource for the right job ensuring accurate and timely workflow management for each project. With strong management and mentoring skills you'll be able to guide your designers and get the best work out of them, regardless of their geographical location. A key part of the role is to source new talent and build networks of designers that fit the brand and meet the agency's high quality standards. This is a responsible and pivotal role for the success of the agency and only confident, proactive individuals with strong leadership skills should apply.
